Beat Subscription License Agreement

This Agreement is made effective as of [12/06/2025], between ExBeats ("Licensor") and you ("Licensee").

1. What You’re Getting

By subscribing, you get a non-exclusive license to use any beats from your plan to make songs.
You can release those songs everywhere — streaming, videos, etc. — as long as you stay within the limits below.

2. What’s Included

• You can sell or share up to 10,000 copies of your song.

• Up to 500,000 audio streams.

• Up to 500,000 video views.

• You can tweak the beat’s tempo, pitch, or length to fit your song.

3. What You Can’t Do

• You can’t resell or share the raw beat files.

• You can’t claim the beat as your own.

• You can’t upload it to Content ID or register it with a distributor as your original work.

Basically, the beat stays ours — you just get to use it for your music under these limits. Standard like any other lease.

4. Credit

You must credit the producer every time you release or post the track.
Example:

“Prod. by [Producer Name]”

5. Ownership

We (the producers) still own the beat itself and all rights to it.
You own your lyrics, vocals, and anything original you add.

6. Split Ownership of the Song

When your track is released, the songwriting credits should be split evenly:

• You own 50% of the Writer’s share.

• We own 50% of the Writer’s share + 50% of the Publisher’s share.

That’s a fair, standard 50/50 split between you and the producer.

You must contact contactexbeats@gmail.com to receive the user email that must be added to your distributor for the 50/50 split. This must be cleared with us before release. No exceptions.

7. PRO Registration

If you register the song with PRS, BMI, ASCAP, etc., include our producer share (50%).

8. Payment

Your subscription fee covers the license. You can use and post any beats available under your plan while its active.

9. When the License Ends

If your song goes over the limits (streams, copies, etc.), just reach out — to arrange an appropriate extended license. If a beat ever gets sold exclusively, we’ll contact you directly and work something out fairly.

10. Legal Stuff

We keep full ownership of all beats, as we made them.
This agreement replaces any older versions and is covered under UK, EU, and US law.

By subscribing and downloading beats, you agree to all of the above.
